Payment
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, come directly to our office, or credit card
- Down payment of 50% must be paid a maximum of 3 (three) days after confirmation
- Payment via bank transfer, please send proof of payment to us
- Payment must be made in full within 3 days
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation can only be made within 24 hours after the order is placed and before the order is processed/shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Custom / Made-to-Order Products
- For custom batik products (special motifs, specific sizes, or personalized embroidery), the order cannot be canceled once payment has been made
Refunds
Items that have been purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
